CP 525 Josephson Array Cryoprobe
The CP 525 Cryoprobe is the interface between a Josephson array voltage chip and its microwave and bias electronics systems. The CP 525 can mount to a variety of liquid helium dewars, and contains its own level sensors and readouts. Probe length and mounting flange specifications are built to meet customer requirements. The CP 525 is now used in Metrology Standards Laboratories all over the world, including SIRIM, IEM, Lockheed Martin, NPL India, NIST, and others.

56 Line High Speed Probes
HPD designed and built these 56 line high speed probes for 1 cm chips and larger multi-chip modules. These probes incorporate UT-86 coax lines and are used with Z-type liquid Helium cryostats to cool samples to 4K.

120 Line High Speed Probe
HPD designed and built these high speed probe/sample holders with 40, 80, and 120 lines of UT-47 coax. These probes mount 5mm, 10mm and 10x15mm chips at 4K.
The JVS 620 DF Cryoprobe is designed to test programmable JVS chips, using the standard NIST 40-pad JVS configuration.
